文章针对航天器DC/DC电源多性能退化的特征,利用Wiener过程结合加速模型建立产品的加速性能退化模型,采用计及相关性的Copula函数对不同性能的退化数据进行融合,提出一种基于多元性能加速退化的寿命评估方法。以某型号产品作为研究对象,对通过步进应力加速退化试验获得的多元性能退化数据进行建模评估,得到产品的失效激活能与使用寿命的评估结果。该方法可缩短产品寿命评估试验的时间,合理评价不同性能退化过程之间的相关性,充分利用有限的试验数据,为具有多性能退化特征的航天小子样产品寿命评估工作提供了一种解决思路。
Aiming at the characteristics of multiple performance degradation of spacecraft DC / DC power supply, this paper established the accelerated degradation model of the product by Wiener process combined with the acceleration model. The Copula function was used to fuse the degradation data with different performances. A multi- Life expectancy assessment method for accelerating degradation of performance. Taking a certain type of product as the research object, the degradation degradation data obtained through the step stress accelerated degradation test were modeled and evaluated, and the evaluation results of the failure activation energy and service life of the product were obtained. The method can shorten the product life assessment test time, reasonably evaluate the correlation between different performance degradation processes, make full use of limited experimental data, and provide a solution to the life assessment of aerospace small sample products with multi-performance degradation characteristics .
