2006年作为“十一五”开局的第一年,电工行业产销高速平稳增长、技术创新和新产品开发成果显著、经济运行质量和经济效益明显提高、进出口贸易大幅度增长。据中国电器工业协会市场部统计,2006年1至11月份电工行业的产销增速的增长都超过了30%,而且产品销售率达到了97%以上,产销衔接继续向好。1-11月份发电设备产量已突破10900万kW,超过了2005年的产量,增长幅度达29.60%,输变电设备(变压器、电力电缆等)和电动机等基础电工产品的增幅也在15%-20%,新产品产值增长了32.54%。尽管电工行业态势向好,但其中存在着一些问题,国内个别企业只顾一已之私而不顾行业整体利益,低价竞争,靠廉价的劳动力和便宜的原材料赚取国际竞争优势,扰乱了正常的市场秩序,正如商务部进出口贸易局壁垒调查处副处长李勰所说“低价出口不值得提倡,我们要更多地依靠自主创新。”在此辞旧迎新之际,本刊特邀请了业界知名人士就行业发展各抒己见。相信在2007年里,通过我国相关部门及行业协会的一系列政策措施的实施,通过企业的自律以及相互间的协作,电工行业的发展不仅是一些企业的发展壮大,更是整个产业的持续、健康、规范的发展。
