本文介绍一种大气压交流辉光放电等离子体气-液相化学反应器的结构、放电实验及应用结果。该反应器在气-液混合和大气压条件下顺利地产生了氢等离子体,并在常温、常压和无催化剂作用下,对液相C18烯酸进行选择性加氢。结果表明,作为原料的C18烯酸的碘值(IⅤ)降低了10%,色谱分析不仅验证了这一结果,而且表明有较好的选择性。
This paper introduces the structure, discharge experiments and application results of a gas-liquid gGIC reactor with atmospheric pressure glow discharge. The reactor successfully produced hydrogen plasma under the conditions of gas-liquid mixing and atmospheric pressure, and selectively hydrogenated liquid C18 alkenoic acid at normal temperature, normal pressure and without catalyst. The results showed that the iodine value (I V) of the C18 alkenoic acid used as a raw material was reduced by 10%. Chromatographic analysis not only confirmed this result, but also showed good selectivity.
