本期九堡乔司两大板块成交207套,其中九堡板块184套,乔司板块成交23套,成交量较之上期进一步下滑。从个盘来看,本期新推房源的楼盘较少,九堡仅泊林公寓和圣奥·领寓这两个楼盘,在一定程度上也影响了总体成交。九月庭院以45套居于本区域冠军宝座,而大家·多立方以29套获得亚军。但对比五六月份所取得的成绩,都较为逊色。
