采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对唐古特铁线莲中的Ca、Z n、M n、Cu、F e、M g、Co 7种微量元素进行了含量测定。该方法的加标回收率在98.73%—102.27%之间,相对标准偏差在1.12%—2.10%之间,具有较高的准确度和精确度。唐古特铁线莲中微量元素的含量顺序为M g>Ca>F e>M n>Zn>Cu>Co,且这7种元素与海拔没有线性关系。M g、Ca、F e、M n和Zn含量较为丰富,其平均值分别为273.64、242.85、96.29、4.51、2.68mg/100g。这些研究结果为进一步探讨唐古特铁线莲的药理毒理和药效提供了科学依据。
The contents of Ca, Zn, Mn, Cu, Fe, Mg and Co in Tangut Clematis were determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The recovery of this method was between 98.73% -102.27% and the relative standard deviation was between 1.12% and 2.10%, with high accuracy and precision. The sequence of trace elements in Clematis tangutorum is M g> Ca> Fe> M n> Zn> Cu> Co, and there is no linear relationship between the seven elements and altitude. M g, Ca, Fe, M n and Zn were abundant, with the average values of 273.64, 242.85, 96.29, 4.51 and 2.68 mg / 100g, respectively. These findings provide a scientific basis for the further exploration of the pharmacology, toxicology and pharmacodynamics of Clematis.
