在教育教学中,学困生是永恒的主题。教师必须学会转化学习困难的学生,他们是教师在课堂教学中提高教学质量的因素之一。同任何事物一样,要有效合理地解决困难,必须彻底完整地了解内因,即学生在学习中的不足表现及其成因,才能在此基础上采取有针对性的措施。班主任的帮助和教育,可以有效地避免掉队、落伍现象的发生,有利于大面积提高学生的素质和教育教学成绩。
In education and teaching, poor students are the eternal theme. Teachers must learn how to transform students with learning difficulties. They are one of the factors that teachers improve the quality of teaching in classroom teaching. As with anything, in order to effectively and reasonably solve the difficulties, we must thoroughly understand the intrinsic causes, that is, the students’ lack of performance in learning and their causes, and can take pertinent measures on this basis. Class teacher’s help and education, can effectively avoid the out of team, out of date phenomenon, is conducive to improving the quality of students and teaching achievements in a large area.
