随着市场竞争的不断加快,对人才发展要求越来越高,大学生就业难成为重要的社会问题。因此,加强大学生的就业指导培训至关重要。在高职高专院校中大学生就业指导工作是重要的教育组成部分,对帮助学生进一步了解就业形势,进行科学的职业生涯规划有着积极影响。辅导员在这个过程中起到了不可忽视的作用,在潜移默化中影响学生更深入了解就业问题,为更好走向就业打好基础。要全面了解高职高专院校辅导员的重要作用,并在实践工作中加强辅导员工作,达到更好服务学生的目的。
With the continuous acceleration of market competition, the demand for talent development is getting higher and higher, and the employment of university graduates is an important social problem. Therefore, to strengthen college students’ employment guidance training is very important.
