摇臂作为大型液压装载机关键受力构件,随着工作时间的延长和工作强度的增大,经常出现开裂现象,为了提高装载机的工作寿命与安全可靠性,基于锻件强度高的优点,将摇臂由原来的铸件改成锻件。在大型液压装载机摇臂铸改锻的基础上,根据大型液压装载机锻造摇臂的形状结构特点,制定了摇臂锻造成形工艺方案。并运用Deform-3D软件对摇臂成形过程进行模拟。研究了摇臂锻造模拟结果的应力、应变、温度场、行程-载荷曲线;并用锻锤对摇臂进行锻造生产试制。研究结果表明,生产试制结果与模拟结果基本吻合,模拟分析为成形工艺的完善与优化提供理论参考。
Rocker arm as a key component of large hydraulic loader, with the extension of working hours and work intensity, often cracking phenomenon, in order to improve the working life and safety of the loader reliability, based on the advantages of high strength forgings, will be Rocker from the original cast into forgings. Based on the casting forging of the large hydraulic loader rocker arm, according to the shape and structure characteristics of forging rocker arm of the large hydraulic loader, the forging forming program of the rocker arm is developed. Deform-3D software was used to simulate the rocker forming process. The stress, strain, temperature field, travel-load curve of rocker arm forging simulation results were studied. The forging production of rocker arm was simulated with forging hammer. The results show that the results of trial production are in good agreement with the simulation results, and the simulation analysis provides a theoretical reference for the improvement and optimization of the forming process.
