通过1064 nm激光抽运Ba WO4晶体的拉曼技术,获得了1103 nm的拉曼光输出。尺寸5 mm×5 mm×46 mm的Ba WO4晶体按X(ZZ)X配置,实现了332 cm-1频移的受激拉曼散射。在激光二极管抽运功率为7.55 W,声光Q开关工作频率为17 kHz的条件下,获得平均功率为1.23 W的拉曼光输出,光-光转换效率达到16.3%。此时得到的拉曼光脉冲宽度为27 ns,相应的峰值功率为2.6 kW。光束质量因子在两个正交方向上分别为2.0±0.2和1.8±0.2。同时,估算了此时Ba WO4晶体的热透镜焦距,其值为-1100 mm。
The Raman light output at 1103 nm was obtained by Raman technique of 1064 nm laser pumping Ba WO4 crystal. Ba WO4 crystals with a size of 5 mm × 5 mm × 46 mm are arranged in a X (ZZ) X configuration to achieve stimulated Raman scattering with a frequency shift of 332 cm-1. Under the condition of laser diode pumping power of 7.55 W and working frequency of acousto-optic Q switch of 17 kHz, Raman light output with average power of 1.23 W was obtained, and the light-to-light conversion efficiency reached 16.3%. The Raman light pulse width obtained at this time was 27 ns, with a corresponding peak power of 2.6 kW. The beam quality factor was 2.0 ± 0.2 and 1.8 ± 0.2 in two orthogonal directions, respectively. At the same time, the thermal lens focal length of BaWO4 crystal was estimated to be -1100 mm.
