本文通过对三种冷作模具钢LDI、65Nb和Cr12MoV在不同磨损条件下的磨粒磨损试验,并结合金相组织分析和SEM形貌观察,研究了试验钢的磨粒磨损特性,讨论了钢的组织和力学性能对耐磨性的影响。结果表明:材料的磨损机理随磨损条件的变化而变化;LDI钢540℃两次回火组织具有优良的耐磨性。
In this paper, the abrasive wear characteristics of three kinds of cold-work die steel LDI, 65Nb and Cr12MoV under different wear conditions were studied. The wear characteristics of the test steel were studied by combining the microstructure and SEM morphology observation. Effect of Tissue and Mechanical Properties on Wear Resistance. The results show that the wear mechanism of the material changes with the wear conditions. The twice tempering of LDI steel at 540 ℃ has excellent wear resistance.
