2011年这个初春与往年不一样,人们的目光又一次聚焦浙江。全国两会前夕,国务院正式批复浙江海洋经济发展示范区列入国家战略。这是中国第一个海洋经济示范区规划,也是浙江迎来的第一个国家战略;这一在浙江发展史上具有划时代意义事件的诞生,意味着“改革开放后浙江经济社会发展将迎来第二个春天”。 This early spring in 2011 is not the same as in previous years, people’s attention once again focused on Zhejiang. On the eve of the national two sessions, the State Council formally approved the inclusion of Zhejiang Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone in the national strategy. This is the first demonstration of China’s marine economy demonstration zone and the first national strategy that Zhejiang ushered in. This birth of epoch-making events in the development history of Zhejiang means that “the economic and social development of Zhejiang will usher in the reform and opening up Second spring ”.
