建立并落实CIO制度,是企业以信息化促进商业优化和创新的一条必然之路。尽管信息化建设在中国已经推进多年,一些信息化建设程度较高的企业,IT负责人也经历了从IT经理——总监——CIO——企业高管的历练。但在更多企业,IT负责人无论在职位还是可调集资源上,都没有得到相应的重视。
Establishing and implementing the CIO system is an inevitable way for enterprises to promote business optimization and innovation with information technology. Although informatization construction has been promoted in China for many years, some IT-oriented enterprises with a high level of informationization experience have gone through the experience of IT managers-director-CIO-enterprise executives. However, in more enterprises, IT managers have not received the corresponding attention whether they are positions or adjustable resources.
