目的探讨团体辅导对大学生社交焦虑的效果。方法对16名医学院大学生采用综合性团体干预的方法,进行了为期9周的辅导,采用自尊量表(SES)、社交回避与苦恼量表(SAD)、个人评价问卷(PEI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、交往焦虑量表(IAS)在辅导前后分别进行评定。结果团体辅导前后比较,SES、PEI总分明显提高,SAD总分、回避因子、焦虑因子及IAS评分降低,差异有显著性(P均<0.01)。SCL-90量表的总分、因子分中的强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑及精神病性5个因子的评分明显下降,差异具有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论团体辅导能有效缓解大学生的社交焦虑情绪,提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the effect of group counseling on college students’ social anxiety. Methods A total of 16 medical college students were enrolled in a comprehensive 9-week intervention program. Self-esteem scales (SES), social avoidance and distress scales (SAD), personal assessment questionnaires (PEI), self-esteem scales SCL-90 and IAS were assessed before and after counseling. Results The scores of SES and PEI were significantly improved in groups before and after counseling. There were significant differences in SAD scores, avoidance factors, anxiety factors and IAS scores (all P <0.01). Scores of SCL-90 scale, force compulsiveness, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and psychosis were significantly decreased, the difference was significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Group counseling can effectively alleviate the college students’ social anxiety and improve their mental health.
