采油用钢管的检测关系采油井的安全和生产效率。目前国内、外采用水压法对新、旧采油用管检测,但只能检出通孔和丝扣损伤少数缺陷。本文用漏磁方法结合磁通量高速检测法可检出管体内、外壁及内部各种缺陷。通过长期检测的积累,并将检测图形曲线与有缺陷的采油用管解剖对比资料输入计算机作为模板。检测中,由计算机根据检测结果与模板比较,分析、识别缺陷类型,分选出含对油井有危害缺陷的和无危害损伤的采油用管。
Production testing of steel pipe with oil production safety and production efficiency. At present, the hydraulic pressure method is used at home and abroad to detect the new and old oil production pipes, but only a few defects of the through holes and threaded fasteners can be detected. In this paper, magnetic flux leakage method combined with high-speed magnetic flux detection method can detect the body tube, the outer wall and internal defects. Through long-term detection of the accumulation, and the detection of the curve of the graphics and defective tubing for anatomical comparison of data input into the computer as a template. In the test, the computer analyzes and identifies the types of defects according to the test results and the templates, and sorts out the oil recovery pipes that contain the defects that are harmful to the oil well and have no harm.
