上海经过近10年大规模城市建设后,中心区的“三横三纵”的主干道路已基本建成,并发挥了重要的交通疏解作用。但近阶段来,城市中心区道路又出现拥堵现象,街区环境也不甚理想,多数次要道路也强调机动车的通行,人行道宽度不足、处理不当;同时,由于大规模的城市改造,也使区域文化逐渐失去了固有的特点,新的文化氛围又难以在短期内一蹴而就。因此,研究上海城市道路下阶段改建工程的前期开展方式很有必要。本文拟介绍和导入形态化的城市设计理
