随着城市化进程的不断加快,住宅小区随之发展壮大,从而带动了物业服务行业的快速发展,但与此同时业主与物业公司的纠纷和争端日益增多,其中业主人身、财产遭受损害的问题最为突出,主要是由于物业公司未尽到安全保障义务造成的。对此,本文从物业公司对业主的安全保障义务出发,就其现状进行了分析,并提出了完善措施,以此为解决业主和物业公司的纠纷提供帮助。
