我国MPA培养目标是十几年前为满足初步建设社会主义市场经济体制的要求而确立的。世易时移,在当代全面改革深化和教育竞争加剧的新形势下,传统定位存在同质化、模糊化和过渡专业化的共性问题,难以适应社会需求变化的需要。在借鉴国际经验的基础上,本文从时代发展的纵向要求、国际比较的横向视野和办学主体的差异化优势的角度提出了MPA目标再定位的思路。最后,作者以清华大学MPA培养改革实践为例,总结了MPA培养目标再定位的经验、做法和效果。
The goal of MPA training in our country was established a dozen years ago to meet the requirements of initially building a socialist market economic system. Under the new situation of deepening contemporary comprehensive reform and intensifying educational competition, the traditional positioning has the common problems of homogeneity, obfuscation and transition specialization, and it is difficult to meet the needs of changes in social needs. On the basis of using international experience for reference, this paper puts forward the idea of relocating MPA from the perspective of the longitudinal development of the era, the horizontal perspective of international comparison and the differentiated advantages of the main body of running a school. Finally, the author takes MPA training reform practice of Tsinghua University as an example, summarizes the experience, practice and effect of MPA reorientation.
