目的探讨超声断层成像技术(TUI)在早孕期(11~13~(+6)周)探查胎儿鼻颌腭三角的应用价值。方法利用GE Voluson E8型彩超对200例孕早期颈项透明层(NT)检查的孕妇留取二维和TUI的鼻颌腭三角超声切面,观察二维及TUI获取的鼻颌腭三角切面的完整性、图像显示合格率及评分。结果 (1)200例中10例无法追踪随访,其中6例失访,4例引产。162例胎儿获得二维鼻颌腭三角超声切面;180例胎儿获得TUI鼻颌腭三角超声切面。最终发现5例严重畸形并于孕早期终止妊娠。185例胎儿中孕期超声结构筛查及出生后随访均正常。(2)TUI图像显示合格率及图像质量评分均高于二维超声图像(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 TUI能更清晰、准确的显示鼻颌腭三角超声切面,且不易受胎儿体位的影响,诊断价值较高。
Objective To investigate the value of TUI in probing the nasal and palatal triangle of the fetus during the first trimester of pregnancy (11 ~ 13 ~ (+6) weeks). Methods Two-dimensional and TUI triangulated ultrasonography of the nasal jaw palate was performed on 200 GE pregnant women who underwent NT examination during the first trimester of pregnancy. The integrity of the triangle and the trigeminal tangential plane acquired by the TUI were observed by GE Voluson E8 color Doppler. , The image shows the pass rate and score. Results (1) Of 200 cases, 10 cases were not followed up, of which 6 cases were lost and 4 cases were induced. 162 cases fetus obtained two-dimensional nasal jaw palate triangle ultrasound section; 180 fetuses obtained TUI nasal jaw palate triangle ultrasound section. Finally, five cases of severe deformity were found and pregnancy was terminated early in pregnancy. 185 cases of fetal ultrasound during pregnancy screening and postnatal follow-up were normal. (2) TUI images showed the pass rate and image quality scores were higher than two-dimensional ultrasound images (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion TUI can display the ultrasound section of nasal jaw palate more clearly and accurately, and it is not easily affected by fetal position, so the diagnosis value is high.
