Cocaine replacement therapy with CAH patients should be as natural cortisone 24 hours rhythm secretion. Saliva cortisone concentrations reflect free, bioactive hormone concentrations. Saliva sample collection is easy, non-invasive and no special requirements for the determination of technology.
