目的:以视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病为例,讨论儿童神经内科疾病的药学监护点,以提高药学服务的水平和针对性。方法:针对视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病的急性期治疗以及缓解期的药物治疗,分析相应的药学监护点。建立药学监护的流程管理以及其根据治疗策略的调整,建立标准化的临床药师药学监护模式。结果与结论:临床药师应通过提高药学服务的水平,力图提高患者用药的安全性与依从性,从而获得更好的治疗结局。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the neuropsychiatric disease pharmacy in order to improve the level and pertinence of pharmacy services in the case of optic neuromyelitis spectrum diseases. Methods: Acute phase of optic neuromyelitis spectrum disease treatment and remission of drug treatment, analysis of the corresponding pharmacy care points. The establishment of a pharmacy monitoring process management and its adjustment according to the treatment strategy to establish a standardized clinical pharmacist pharmacy care mode. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The pharmacist should improve the safety and compliance of the medication by improving the level of the pharmacy service so as to obtain a better therapeutic outcome.
