研究目的:广西是我国红黏土集中分布的地区之一,近年来,因该地区兴建大量铁路、公路等基础建设,以红黏土作为路堤填料的问题也日渐显现。本文通过颗分试验对红黏土进行岩土定名及分类,进而解决该地区的红黏土是否能直接作为路基填料的问题。研究结论:(1)根据颗分试验中的砾石含量,将该地区红黏土分为“低液限黏土”、“高液限黏土”、“含砾高液限黏土”、“细粒土质砾”4个亚类;(2)根据这4个亚类的物理、力学性质,指出“含砾高液限黏土”、“细粒土质砾”这两类红黏土可以直接作为路基填料;“低液限黏土”类红黏土仅可直接用作路基93填方区的填料;而“高液限黏土”类红黏土仅在采用“包边、晾晒”或“掺砾石、石灰等进行改良”之后,方可用作路基93填方区的填料;(3)本研究成果对广西地区的工程勘察和设计等工作有一定的指导意义。
Research purposes: Guangxi is one of the concentrated distribution areas of red clay in our country. In recent years, due to the construction of a large number of infrastructures such as railways and highways, the problem of using red clay as the embankment filler has also become increasingly apparent. In this paper, the geotechnical designation and classification of red clay by particle test are carried out to solve the problem of whether the red clay in this area can be directly used as subgrade filler. The conclusions are as follows: (1) According to the gravel content in the particle test, the red clay in this area is divided into “low liquid limit clay”, “high liquid limit clay”, “high grained liquid limit clay” (2) According to the physical and mechanical properties of the four sub-classes, it is pointed out that “high grained liquid clay”, “fine grained soil gravel” Two kinds of red clay can be directly used as subgrade filler; “Low liquid limit clay ” type red clay can only be directly used as filler in roadbed 93 fill area; and “High liquid limit clay ” red clay is only used “Trimming, drying” or “grading of gravel, lime, etc.” before it can be used as filler in the fill area of roadbed 93. (3) The research results of engineering survey and design work in Guangxi area include A certain guiding significance.
