钟形进水流道是大型泵站的一种较好的进水流道形式,在国外(主要在日本),已获大量采用,而国内应用尚少,经验不足,设计方法也不成熟。为充分认识这种流道的特性,需要进行深入细致的试验研究工作。国内外已有的试验研究方法大都限于水泵装置的外特性,没有深入流道内部水流运动。因此研究结果只是间接地反映了内部水流运动情况。然而,只有弄清楚流道内部水流运动状态,才能深刻剖析其水力特性,为流道的合理设计提供依据。
The bell-shaped inflow channel is a good inflow channel form of a large pump station. It has been widely used in foreign countries (mainly in Japan). However, there are still few domestic applications, lack of experience and immature design methods. In order to fully understand the characteristics of this runner, in-depth and detailed experimental research is needed. The existing experimental research methods at home and abroad are mostly limited to the external characteristics of the pump device, there is no in-depth flow of water within the flow channel. Therefore, the results of the study only indirectly reflect the internal water flow. However, only when we know the state of water flow in the runner, we can analyze its hydraulic characteristics deeply and provide the basis for the reasonable design of the runner.
