目前国家大力发展职业教育,而中等职业教育中的学生顶岗实习模式更是学生就业的关键环节,国家对中等职业学校的顶岗实习也出台了很多政策支持,但从具体的实施过程中因为受到学校,社会,企业、家长以及学生自身等多方面因素的影响,还存在很多值得思考的问题。本文从中等职业学校顶岗实习的概念界定、意义、存在的主要问题以及针对问题提出了一些理论层面的措施进行了一些探讨。希望能够为中等职业学校的顶岗实习模式实践提供可借鉴的经验。
At present, the state vigorously develops vocational education. However, the mode of internship for students in secondary vocational education is the key link of employment for students. The state has also introduced many policy support for internship in secondary vocational schools. However, , Society, business, parents and students themselves and many other factors, there are still many problems worth considering. This paper discusses the concept definition, significance, existing problems of the internship in secondary vocational schools and puts forward some theoretical measures to solve the problems. Hoping to provide reference experience for the practice of internship in secondary vocational schools.
