以观澜河大桥拆除工程为背景,结合桥梁拆除“工程边界”提出了施工重难点,以“大跨连续箱梁切割的方法及措施”、“大跨连续箱梁顶推平移的方法及装置”及“大跨连续箱梁桥整垮下放的方法及装置”等关键技术为核心,讲述了复杂条件下等截面连续箱梁桥顶推拆除施工工艺流程及实施要点。成套技术的应用保证了连续箱梁桥拆除过程中桥梁结构及临时结构的安全及交通安全,取得了良好的社会效益及经济效益。
Taking the dismantling of Guanlanhe Bridge as the background and combining with the bridge demolition, “Project Boundary” put forward the construction difficult point, the method and measure of “long-span continuous box girder cutting”, “ Method and device ”and “ large span continuous box girder bridge collapse and decentralized methods and devices ”and other key technologies as the core, describes the complex conditions of continuous cross-section box girder bridge pushing the demolition of the construction process and implementation of key points . The application of complete sets of technology ensures the safety and traffic safety of the bridge structure and temporary structure during the process of demolition of continuous box girder bridges and has achieved good social and economic benefits.
