目的:研究分析微型种植钉支抗在口腔正畸中的临床应用效果。方法:从我院需实施口腔正畸患者中选取86例,并依据患者治疗方法将其分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(43例),对比两组患者磨牙移位、中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差度及满意度。结果:对比两组患者磨牙移位、中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差度及满意度,均存在一定差异性,P<0.05。结论:微型种植钉支抗在口腔正畸临床上效果显著,提高患者生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of mini-implant nail in orthodontics. Methods: Eighty-six cases of oral orthodontic patients were selected from our hospital and divided into treatment group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases) according to patients’ treatment. The molar shift, incisors Inclination difference, upper incisors pitch difference and satisfaction. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in molars displacement, incisive incisors, maxillary incisors, and satisfaction, P <0.05. Conclusion: The microdialysis nail support in oral orthodontic clinically significant effect, improve patient quality of life, it is worth promoting the application.
