基于等离子喷涂技术,研究三杆阀阀瓣表面喷制镍基合金涂层之后的耐腐蚀性能变化情况。介绍喷制镍基合金涂层的试验装置、喷涂条件和试验过程,盐雾试验对比表明,喷制镍基合金涂层的样块的耐腐蚀性能显著提高。
Based on the plasma spraying technique, the corrosion resistance of the three-valve disc was sprayed on the surface of nickel-based alloy coating. The experimental equipment, spraying conditions and testing process of sprayed nickel-base alloy coating are introduced. The comparison of salt spray test indicates that the corrosion resistance of the sample sprayed with nickel-based alloy coating is significantly improved.
