节段预制拼装波腹板组合梁桥兼有节段预制拼装工艺和波腹板组合结构的优点,极具推广价值。为研究该类型结构的抗弯及抗剪等受力性能,采用成型工艺、体内体外预应力配束比例、剪跨比、接缝数量、波腹板连接形式等参数进行了6片缩尺简支模型梁试验。描述了模型梁混凝土应变、波腹板应变、预应力筋应力、挠度随荷载变化的规律以及裂缝形成过程和破坏形态,分析了各因素对节段拼装波腹板梁受力性能的影响。研究表明:节段梁在弹性阶段与整体梁具备同等刚度;接缝影响了节段梁的破坏形态,较大地削弱了抗弯承载力;混合配束节段梁以及翼缘式连接节段梁表现出更优的力学性能。
Segmental prefabricated corrugated web composite beam bridge has both prefabricated assembly process and the advantages of corrugated web composite structure, great promotional value.
