This article is the 16th International Dam Conference exchange papers. The article pointed out that the basic anti-seepage treatment of the operation of the project and its cost will have a tremendous impact. For a long time, most engineers and technicians have avoided building dams in karst areas. In order to find out the tendency of rock formation leakage and the development of karst, it is necessary to carry out large-scale geological exploration. The Lalu Dam in Iran is one of the most influential dams in the world under the deep development of karst.
