目的建立室内空气中甲醛的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法对其测定方法中涉及到的检测波长、流动相、衍生试剂、操作方法以及方法的线性范围和最低检出量、精密度和准确度等进行实验探讨。结果该方法采样效率为94%~96%,最低检出量为0.072μg,最低检出浓度为0.036mg/m3,RSD为2.6%~3.5%,回收率为92.0%~101.0。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、精密度好、准确度高、抗干扰能力强,可用于室内及公共场所空气中甲醛的测定,同时还可用于水和废水以及餐具洗涤剂中甲醛的分析测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde in indoor air by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The linear range, minimum detectable amount, precision and accuracy of the detection wavelength, mobile phase, derivatization reagent, operation method and method involved in the method were discussed experimentally. Results The efficiency of this method was 94% ~ 96%, the lowest detection limit was 0.072μg, the lowest detection limit was 0.036mg / m3, the RSD was 2.6% ~ 3.5% and the recovery was 92.0% ~ 101.0. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, accurate, anti-interference ability, can be used for the determination of formaldehyde in the air of indoor and public places, as well as the determination of formaldehyde in water and wastewater and dishwashing detergent .
