党的十八大召开以来,一直释放出强烈的改革信号,其中对通信业寄予厚望。“通信大国”向“通信强国”转型需求的提出,使得改革创新成为通信业发展的风向标。2014年,我们坚定落实集团公司“移动宽带领先与一体化创新”战略,以及省通信管理局的相关工作要求,在政策与市场环境发生较大变化、地方经济发展持续走低的背景下,在发展和改革上取得阶段性成果,生产能力、服务能力、竞争能力,以及社会贡献能力都有新突破、新进步和新提升。
