[目的]了解唐山市产粮食中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留情况。[方法]根据地形特点采用网格布点选定唐山市粮食产区丰润区和丰南区10个乡镇产的3种粮食(小麦、花生、玉米),将3种粮食分整粒和粉碎后分别用NC-800农药残毒快速测定仪进行有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量检测。[结果]唐山市小麦、花生、玉米中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药检出率均为100%,但唐山市产粮食有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留均不超标。与面粉比较,小麦有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量较高(P﹤0.001);与玉米粒比较,玉米渣中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量较高(P=0.003);丰润区与丰南区同种粮食中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留情况接近。[结论]唐山市产小麦、玉米、花生等粮食有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药均不超标;丰润区和丰南区两地粮食中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留情况接近。
[Objective] To understand the residues of organophosphate and carbamate pesticides in foodstuffs produced in Tangshan City. [Method] Three kinds of grain (wheat, peanut and corn) from 10 villages and townships in Fengrun and Fengnan of Tangshan were selected according to the terrain characteristics. The three kinds of grain were graded and crushed Detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues with NC-800 Pesticide Residues Tester. [Result] The detection rates of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in wheat, peanut and corn in Tangshan were all 100%. However, the residues of organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticides produced in Tangshan City were not exceeded. Compared with flour, organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in wheat were higher (P <0.001); residues of organophosphate and carbamate pesticides in corn residue were higher than those in corn (P = 0.003) Area and Fengnan District, the same kinds of grain organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues close. [Conclusion] The contents of organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticides such as wheat, corn and peanut in Tangshan City were not over standard. The residues of organophosphate and carbamate pesticide in the grain of Fengrun and Fengnan were similar.
