目的:回顾性分析腺垂体功能减退与激素水平的相关性。方法:选择大庆油田总院2012年1月-2015年1月腺垂体功能减退患者83例,分析激素水平的变化、生化指标变化情况,统计学处理,对比研究。结果:腺垂体功能减退患者中,出现性腺激素黄体生成素(LH)分泌降低、电解质紊乱及甘油三酯水平增高。结论:性腺激素LH水平、电解质紊乱及甘油三酯水平可以作为诊断腺垂体功能减退症的辅助参考依据。 Objective: To retrospectively analyze the correlation between hypothyroidism and hormone levels. Methods: A total of 83 patients with hypopituitarism in Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected for analysis of changes in hormone levels, biochemical indexes, statistical analysis and comparative study. RESULTS: In patients with hypopituitarism, there was a reduction in LH secretion, electrolyte imbalance and triglyceride levels. Conclusion: The levels of gonadal hormone LH, electrolyte imbalance and triglyceride level may be used as auxiliary reference for diagnosis of hypopituitarism.
