采用高效液相色谱法,以Kromasil C18柱为固定相,以甲醇+二氯甲烷+水为流动相,用紫外检测器在254 nm波长下对40%硫.百可湿性粉剂中的硫磺和百菌清进行同柱分离和测定。结果表明,硫磺和百菌清的标准偏差分别为0.0680和0.0269;变异系数分别为0.21%和0.33%;线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9997;平均回收率分别为100.25%和99.74%。
High performance liquid chromatography with Kromasil C18 column as stationary phase, methanol + dichloromethane + water as mobile phase, with UV detector at 254 nm wavelength of 40% sulfur. Hundred wettable powder sulfur and one hundred Bacteria Qing column separation and determination. The results showed that the standard deviations of sulfur and chlorothalonil were 0.0680 and 0.0269, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.21% and 0.33% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9997 and 0.9997 respectively. The average recoveries were 100.25% and 99.74% respectively.
