对于《国家体育锻炼标准》的实施,近年来我进行了探索和实践。通过六年两个循环的实验,认为按段分组能有效提高“达标”成绩。具体做法如下: 一、调查摸底:对新生进行全面身体素质测验(结合中学生体质评分评价测验同步进行)。了解学生的身体素质情况和各项目的达标水平,以便更好地统筹安排分组。二、分组:通过调查,掌握了学生的身体素质情况和达标水平后进行划段分组。以班为单位,每班约分为五六个段级组,成绩高的为第一段,依次排列,把成绩接近的分在一个段级组,选出一名成绩比较稳定
For the implementation of the “National Physical Training Standards”, I conducted exploration and practice in recent years.
