提出了一种基于光纤探测技术的新型结冰传感器,讨论了光纤探头结构分布形式对传感器输出特性曲线的影响.然后,以同心圆式探头结构为核心分析了光在冰介质内的散射、反射及透射等光学特性,并设计了对应的光电信号处理电路.试验结果表明,光纤式结冰传感器在不同的结冰类型下均有较好的输出特性,对冰厚的最小检出下限为0.2 mm,最大检出上限为3 mm,具有较高的探测灵敏度和较大的测量范围.证明了这种基于光纤探测技术的新型结冰传感器的可行性.
A new type of icing sensor based on optical fiber detection technology is proposed, and the influence of fiber probe structure distribution on the output characteristic curve of the sensor is discussed. Then, the scattering and reflection of light in ice medium are analyzed with the concentric probe structure as the core And optical characteristics of the transmission and design of the corresponding optical signal processing circuit.Experimental results show that the optical fiber icing sensor has better output characteristics under different icing types and the minimum detection limit of ice thickness is 0.2 mm, the maximum detection limit is 3 mm, with high detection sensitivity and large measuring range, demonstrating the feasibility of this new fiber optic detection-based icing sensor.
