单独采用茎尖嫁接法或单独采用热处理法均难脱除温州蜜柑萎缩病毒(SDV)。夏季高温时期采芽进行茎尖嫁接获得的5株茎尖苗全部脱除SDV。夏季高温时期将带毒苗置简易玻璃温室中自然热处理38天,然后采接穗用常规嫁接法嫁接于枳橙实生苗上,获得的9株嫁接苗全部脱除SDV。采用昼(光照)40℃、夜(黑暗)30℃各12小时热处理7至43天,结合茎尖嫁接获得的72株茎尖苗亦全部脱除SDV。
It is difficult to remove the satsuma wilt virus (SDV) by stem-tip grafting alone or by heat treatment alone. The five shoot-tip shoots obtained by shoot-tip grafting during summer high temperature period were completely removed SDV. During the summer high temperature period, the vaccine plants were naturally heat-treated in a simple glasshouse for 38 days, and then the scion was grafted on the citrus seedlings by the conventional grafting method. All the 9 grafted seedlings obtained were completely removed.
