本文采用空气/乙炔FAES法直接测定了血清中的锂。试验了40种无机离子和20种有机物对锂发射信号的干扰情况。在给定浓度范围内,无机离子对锂的发射信号无干扰。采用0.1%TritonX—100稀释血清以降低粘度,并在锂标准中加入0.5%TritonX—100、0.1%明胶和0.2%NaCl以消除大量Na+和有机物的干扰。测定结果与GFAAS法相吻合。方法的灵敏度为0.009μg/ml,检出限为0.003μg/mL。5次测定的R.S.D为4.7%。具有快速、灵敏、灵活等特点。
In this paper, air / acetylene FAES direct determination of serum lithium. The interference of 40 kinds of inorganic ions and 20 kinds of organic compounds on the lithium emission signal was tested.
