本文采用空气／乙炔ＦＡＥＳ法直接测定了血清中的锂。试验了４０种无机离子和２０种有机物对锂发射信号的干扰情况。在给定浓度范围内，无机离子对锂的发射信号无干扰。采用０．１％ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ—１００稀释血清以降低粘度，并在锂标准中加入０．５％ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ—１００、０．１％明胶和０．２％ＮａＣｌ以消除大量Ｎａ＋和有机物的干扰。测定结果与ＧＦＡＡＳ法相吻合。方法的灵敏度为０．００９μｇ／ｍｌ，检出限为０．００３μｇ／ｍＬ。５次测定的Ｒ．Ｓ．Ｄ为４．７％。具有快速、灵敏、灵活等特点。
In this paper, air / acetylene FAES direct determination of serum lithium. The interference of 40 kinds of inorganic ions and 20 kinds of organic compounds on the lithium emission signal was tested.
