为了研究一次力竭性离心运动后大鼠骨骼肌肌动蛋白 (α-actin)mRNA表达及针刺对其影响 ,将 130只成年SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组和运动实验组。运动实验组又分为非针刺组和针刺组。将非针刺组和针刺组分别在运动后即刻、6h、12h、2 4h、4 8h、72h取大鼠股四头肌。利用定量反转录聚合酶链式反应 (QRT-PCR)法测定α -actinmRNA表达。研究发现 ,一次力竭性离心运动后大鼠股四头肌α-actin的基因表达明显下降 ,其恢复过程大于 72h。针刺有可能促进运动后大鼠股四头肌α -actin基因表达的恢复
In order to investigate the effect of acupuncture on α-actin mRNA expression in rat skeletal muscle after exhaustive eccentric exercise, 130 adult SD rats were randomly divided into quiet control group and exercise group. Exercise experimental group is divided into non-acupuncture group and acupuncture group. The non-acupuncture group and acupuncture group were immediately after exercise, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, 72h rat quadriceps. Α-actin mRNA expression was measured by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (QRT-PCR). The study found that after an exhaustive eccentric exercise quadriceps rat α-actin gene expression decreased significantly, the recovery process is greater than 72h. Acupuncture may promote the recovery of α -actin gene expression in quadriceps femoris rats after exercise
