目的:优选消积驱虫咀嚼片薄膜包衣的最佳工艺条件。方法:选定包衣液的浓度、包衣液流量和包衣锅转速三个因素进行正交方法考察,以包衣片外观合格率为考察指标,用L9(34)正交表进行试验研究,优选出最佳包衣工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为包衣液的浓度为18%,包衣液流量为120g·min-1,包衣锅转速为6~8转·min-1。结论:该包衣工艺科学合理,生产效率高,为消积驱虫咀嚼片的最佳包衣工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the optimum conditions for film-coating of dewoppel chewable tablets. Methods: The factors such as the concentration of coating liquid, the flow rate of coating liquid and the speed of coating pan were investigated by orthogonal test. The qualified rate of coated tablets was taken as the index of investigation, and the orthogonal experiment was carried out with L9 (34) , The best coating process is preferred. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: the concentration of coating solution was 18%, the coating liquid flow rate was 120 g · min-1 and the coating pan rotation speed was 6 ~ 8 rpm · min-1. Conclusion: The coating process is scientific and reasonable, and the production efficiency is high. It is the best coating process for decontamination chewable tablets.
