The atomic-field interaction model involving the Kerr effect and the Stark effect is processed. Due to the spin-wave approximations made in their effective Hamiltonian, the effects of the two effects can be attributed to changes in the atom-field detuning, which depends on the conservation of a system. Research shows that the Kerr effect and the Stark effect are equivalent under certain conditions. We study the anti-bunching effect of photons when the initial state on the spot is a macroscopically distinguishable quantum superposition state. The solution of the model of the interaction between atoms and fields in the generalized Kerr medium is discussed.
