分析了当前国内综采工作面的自动化现状,研究综采工作面自动化系统方案,主要涉及液压支架与采煤机远程控制技术、支架防碰撞技术、工作面直线度控制技术,并引入视频拼接技术改善工作面视频显示方式。综采自动化系统已在神东石圪台矿进行了井下工业性实验与应用,有效地实现了工作面减员与高效生产。
The status quo of automation of domestic fully mechanized coal mining face is analyzed, and the scheme of automatic system for fully mechanized mining face is studied.
