详细描述了在某型客机液压系统机上功能试验中遇到的一个故障的分析及排除。此次液压系统机上功能试验故障分析及排除的过程中采用了技术归零的思路:问题定位、机理分析、问题复现等,通过故障机理分析、机上试验、铁鸟试验等手段,故障得到排除。结果在机上试验中得到了验证,说明了故障分析方法正确,故障处理及时有效。通过故障分析及排除,完善了液压系统的机上功能试验,提升了该试验的验证的可靠性;提高了该型飞机液压系统的可靠性。
Described in detail on a type of aircraft hydraulic system machine functional test encountered a failure analysis and troubleshooting. The hydraulic system on-board functional test failure analysis and troubleshooting process used to zero the concept of technology: problem location, mechanism analysis, the problem recurring, through the failure mechanism analysis, onboard testing, iron bird test and other means, the fault is ruled out . The result is verified in the on-board test, which shows that the fault analysis method is correct and the fault handling is timely and effective.
