针对目前香菇生产中存在的技术专业化程度不高、随意性较大的现状,课题组进行了香菇菌种标准化、栽培基质配方标准化、菌棒制作工艺标准化、栽培设施和技术标准化以及壳聚糖在香菇生产中的应用等方面研究,制定了《林下香菇栽培技术规程》,形成了林下香菇标准化栽培技术体系。该研究成果为农民利用林冠遮阳结合简易小拱棚栽培进行香菇标准化生产提供了指导。
In view of the current situation of low technical specialization and large randomness in mushroom production, the research group carried out the standardization of mushroom strains, the standardization of cultivation matrix formulations, the standardization of the production process of bacon sticks, standardization of cultivation facilities and technology, and the chitosan The application of mushroom production in areas such as research, developed a “Forest under mushroom cultivation technical regulations”, forming a standardized mushroom cultivation techniques under the forest system. The results of this study provide guidance for farmers to standardize the production of champignons by using canopy shade combined with simple small arch cultivation.
