本文通过对目前高校图书馆队伍的调查和了解,提出了建设“学科馆员”制度对高校图书馆队伍建设的现实需要性和时代紧迫感,通过与高校图书馆人力资源发展现状的结合,提出:培养“学科馆员”人才的建设主要靠管理制度的创新和高校人才资源的系统对社会开放,必须建立针对高校图书馆的人才资源的社会选拔和现职人才的继续培训制度,使图书馆“学科馆员”制度真正落到实处,抓好人才引进,确保“学科馆员”制度长足发展。
