在房屋建筑施工和使用的过程中,经常会出现房屋结构构件裂缝、渗漏等病害,不仅影响房屋建筑整体性能,而且对房屋建筑的使用寿命构成严重的影响,对居民的生命健康构成严重威胁,所以注浆技术作为可以对土层、岩层力学、水理性质进行有效改善的技术,在建筑施工中受到高度重视和广泛应用。本文为对房建施工中的注浆技术产生全面的认识,通过对房建施工中注浆施工方式的系统分析,对房建施工中注浆技术要点展开研究。
