目的:建立HPLC法测定复方氢氯噻嗪片中氢氯噻嗪的含量。方法:采用DiamomilTM C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氩纳溶液(pH=3)-甲醇-乙腈(85:10:5)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为220 nm。结果:氢氯噻嗪在0.01-0.05μg范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为1.5%。结论:本方法简便,重复性好,可用于该药的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide in compound hydrochlorothiazide tablets. METHODS: DiamomilTM C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as a mobile phase in a solution of 0.01 mol·L-1 phosphoric acid (pH = 3) -methanol-acetonitrile Phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 220 nm. Results: Hydrochlorothiazide showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.01-0.05 μg with r = 0.999 9, with an average recovery of 98.1% and a RSD of 1.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the drug.
