吡喹酮能增强大白鼠离体心房和灌流心脏的心肌收缩力,与异搏定和心得安有一定程度的拮抗作用。大剂量吡喹酮灌胃后,家兔血压和心电图无改变。恒速静脉注射3％吡喹酮可使家兔和大白鼠心率逐渐减慢,血压先上升后下降;当注射量加大时出现心律失常。
Praziquantel can enhance myocardial contractility of atrial and perfused heart in rats, and antagonize the action of verapamil and propranolol. After high-dose praziquantel gavage, rabbits blood pressure and ECG did not change. The constant rate of intravenous injection of 3% praziquantel in rabbits and rats can gradually slow down the heart rate, blood pressure rose first and then decreased; when the injection volume increases arrhythmia.
