目的了解重点部门高频接触物体表面的清洁消毒效果,探索有效干预手段。方法采用荧光标记法和细菌培养法,对某医院重症监护病房(ICU)高频接触物体表面清洁消毒效果和干预措施的效果进行评价。结果通过建立重点部位物体表面清洗消毒制度、规范消毒方法和明确高频接触物体表面种类等多种干预措施,该医院ICU高频接触物体表面的清洁消毒质量荧光法监测合格率由干预前的16.33%提高到61.54%,细菌培养法监测合格率由干预前的77.78%提高到92.37%。结论实施有效干预措施,有助于提高医院重点部位物体表面清洁消毒质量。
Objective To understand the cleaning and disinfection effects of high frequency contact objects in key departments and explore effective intervention measures. Methods Fluorescent labeling and bacterial culture were used to evaluate the effect of surface cleaning and disinfection on high frequency contact objects in intensive care unit (ICU) of a hospital and the intervention measures. Results Through the establishment of the cleaning and disinfection system of the surface of the key parts, standardizing the disinfection method and clarifying the surface types of high-frequency contact objects, the qualified rate of the cleaning and disinfection quality fluorescence monitoring on the surface of high-frequency contact ICU of the hospital was changed from 16.33 % To 61.54%. The qualified rate of bacterial culture monitoring increased from 77.78% before intervention to 92.37%. Conclusion The implementation of effective interventions can help improve the quality of the surface cleaning and disinfection of objects in key parts of the hospital.
