在当前社会发展的新时期,设备行业档案管理部门需要做好队伍建设工作,要培养一支高素质管理团队,要提高工作人员的素质以及业务能力。随着参保人数的增多,档案管理单位的工作任务增加了,管理人员需要提高工作的效率。加强社保档案管理队伍的素质建设工作,可以提高档案管理的质量。笔者结合自身经验,对加强新时期社保档案管理人员素质的方法进行了介绍,以供参考。
