1 引言本文观察了不同类型快速室上性心律失常(PSVT)对ATP的疗效反应和瞬间心律变化,探讨了静注ATP对PSVT鉴别诊断和治疗的意义。 2材料与方法 2.1 一般资料:4.0例(64例次)PSVT患者均经临床和心电图检查确诊。男22例,女18例。年龄15～64岁,平均45.5岁。15例为首发,25例为复发。持续发作时间15分钟～36小时,心率150～214。心脏病及其它全身性疾病引起者24例,原因不明者16例。10例为房室结内
1 Introduction This article observed the different types of rapid supraventricular arrhythmia (PSVT) response to ATP and transient changes in heart rate, and explore the significance of intravenous injection of PSVT differential diagnosis and treatment. 2 Materials and Methods 2.1 General Information: 4.0 cases (64 cases) PSVT patients were diagnosed by clinical and ECG. There were 22 males and 18 females. Aged 15 to 64 years old, with an average of 45.5 years old. 15 cases were the first episode and 25 cases were recurrence. Sustained attack time of 15 minutes to 36 hours, heart rate 150 ~ 214. 24 cases of heart disease and other systemic diseases, 16 cases of unknown cause. 10 cases of atrioventricular node
